My (non-secret) recipe

Giulia, an English teacher for children, plays with a little girl during class.

Have you ever tried cooking pasta with garlic, oil, and chili pepper? I don't think there's anything more difficult to make: combining garlic, oil, and chili pepper in just the right amount. It seems like the simplest thing in the world—three ingredients, five minutes—yet the result can be mediocre or perfect, depending on a seemingly invisible balance. But if you can do it, nothing can stop you.

It's a bit like teaching English to young children; you only need a few ingredients, but you have to know how to balance them. I'll share my recipe below! ⤵️

1. Start simple and gradually move on to the complex, in a coherent, gradual, and age-appropriate way.

2. Know how to maintain high attention, offering diversified activities that embrace multiple learning styles (sensory, auditory, motor).

3. Create a routine that makes children feel welcome, safe, and free to experiment, without the fear of making mistakes.

4. Let the gestures, the game, and the context speak for you without having to translate.

Not all lessons are perfect; even the right ingredients sometimes yield a different result than expected. And that's okay.

If you want to experience this shared moment with your child --- reach out and I'll be happy to tell you more about my courses!

★ Remember English is easy, learning is fun!
